Why it's built this way: one level, no downlines — nobody recruits recruiters. And the reward is a fee waiver, not cash, by design: it kills self-referral fraud. Fake signups earn nothing because nothing pays out until an audit is actually signed. At this scale, audit-signed status is confirmed by us manually — we'll know, because we're the ones signing the audits.

Plain terms
- Referrer reward: one month of your shared-savings fee waived per signed audit from your link.
- Referee reward: audit priority — the referred business moves to the front of the audit queue.
- Trigger: the audit being signed. Signups, clicks, and conversations earn nothing.
- One level: no downlines, no tiers, no multi-level anything.
- Non-cash by design: the fee waiver can't be cashed out, transferred, or stacked with anything else — that's what keeps self-referral pointless.
- Manual confirmation: audit-signed status is confirmed by us manually. When your referral's audit signs, the waiver applies to your next fee month.
- Changes: if the program ever changes, terms in force at the time your referral's audit signed are the ones that apply.
